70cl / 51% – The 2021-release of Macallan Classic Cut has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and American oak ex-sherry casks, creating a fruity, gingery character. Aromas of orange zest, fresh vanilla, ginger and marzipan fill the nose, complemented by notes of fresh oak, gingerbread, vanilla custard, cinnamon and ginger throughout the palate.
