70cl / 59.2% / Elixir Distillers – A 2009 Glenlossie single malt from indie bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a single hogshead for a decade, before being bottled in January 2020 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland range. Aromas of freshly-cut hay, crème Brulee, rhubarb, cardamom and warm pastries fill the nose. The palate offers notes of overripe peach, fresh basil, ginger beer, plum and raisin gelato and baking spices.
