70cl / 51.5% / Douglas Laing – Bottled in 2022 by Douglas Laing as part of the Old Particular range, this single-grain whisky from silent grain distillery Dumbarton was aged for 21 years in a refill hogshead. Offering sweet and delicate aromas of brown sugar, marmalade, cinnamon and fudge on the nose, the palate joins in with notes of runny honey, vanilla buttercream and baking spices. An excellent find for any lover of grain whiskies.
