70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing – This Dailuaine was matured for 12 years in a single refill-hogshead and bottled by Douglas Laing under its Old Particular range. This cask-strength whisky is unchilfiltered and has aromas of malt, Eton mess and ginger bread on the nose, with white pepper, nutmeg and shortbread on the palate.
