50cl / 62.7% / That Boutique-y Whiskey Company – The founders of Copperworks, in Seattle, have a background in brewing and have helped to pioneer American single malt as a category in the US. This three-year-old expression has hints of hops on the nose, followed by aromas of malt loaf, worn leather and toasted grain. On the palate there are notes of clove-studded-orange, freshly ground coffee and cinnamon.
