70cl / 56.9% / Dewar Rattray – This single malt was produced by Lowland distillery Auchentoshan in 1998 and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel for 23 years, before being bottled by A.D Rattray in 2023. There are aromas of lemon posset, malt loaf and hay on the nose, leading to notes of stewed orchard fruit, bright orange zest and milk chocolate on the palate.
