70cl / 48% / Elixir Distillers – An 11-year-old Ardlair single malt from the eighth-release of the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Cask series that was matured in a trio of barrels until it was bottled in 2022. Aromas of honeysuckle, apple blossom, plums, peaches and sweet spices fill the nose, complemented by notes of caramel, earthy oak spice, nutmeg, clove, freshly-baked pastry, apples, dried fruit and sweet malt throughout the palate.
