70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – This is one half of Eden Mill’s flagship core range that sees its malt matured in ex-oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin in Spain. Rich notes of sticky toffee pudding, dark chocolate and raisins are present on the palate, with just a hint of peanut and cinnamon.
