70cl / 43.8% – Togouchi’s 15-year-old blended whisky is a combination of malt and grain whiskies from Canada and Scotland, which are carefully aged in a Japanese railway tunnel. There are delicate yellow fruit aromas on the nose, with sweet spice and citrus oil, leading to notes of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut on the palate.
