Description
70cl / 46.4% / Distillery Bottling – The first ongoing release from Isle of Raasay Distillery. This lightly-peated single malt was matured in a combination of first-fill rye whiskey barrels, fresh Chinkapin oak and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. Aromas of cherries, lemon cheesecake, mineral smoke and cinnamon arrive first, complemented by notes of toffee apples, salted butter, seeded brown bread and butterscotch.
