70cl / 41.4% / Decadent Drinks – A 1991 Glen Garioch single malt from indie bottler Whisky Sponge that was initially matured in a refill hogshead for a decade, before being transferred to a first-fill Port barrique for a further 20 years, until it was bottled in 2022. Robust and rich, the palate brings notes of dark sticky fruit, chocolate, oak and toasted walnuts that linger in the finish.
