The fourth entry in Holyrood Distillery's new-make spirits series, Made by Edinburgh is inspired by Edinburgh's long history in brewing and distilling. Made with a combination of distiller's years and Edinburgh Ale yeast, the mashbill for this new-make spirit includes distiller's malt, Crystal malt and chocolate malt, creating notes of caramelised nuts, chocolate, dark fruits and rich malt throughout the palate.
