A limited-edition rye whisky from The Oxford Artisan Distillery, The Graduate is a bold, aromatic whisky that has been matured in American oak casks from multiple cooperages. The result is aromas of aniseed, black pepper, mint, flowers, overripe banana, Bramley apple, ginger cake and almonds that fill the nose, complemented by notes of blackcurrants, salt, banana, custard, dark chocolate, liquorice, black pepper and mint throughout the palate.
