Enjoy all the winners of our Spirits of Year awards in one handy bundle. Competition this time around was particularly tough and our three winners had to beat some of the very best in their categories to take home the title. Whisky of the Year goes to Deanston 18 Year Old - which sees fruity, tropical single malt given a coat of creamy vanilla through maturation in first-fill Bourbon barrels. The top scoring rum was Doorly’s 14 Year Old, a superb entry from Foursquare distillery in Barbados that’s packed with intense flavours of mango, pineapple and cinnamon. Gin of the Year goes to the relative newcomer Height of Arrows, a fresh single-botanical gin from Holyrood distillery in the centre of Edinburgh.
