A single cask 2018 Milk & Honey Israeli single malt, exclusive to the UK, that was matured in an ex-fortified red wine cask from a local Israeli winery and bottled in May 2021. Aromas of dark chocolate, raspberry jam, tobacco, Earl Grey tea, pine needles and icing fill the nose, complemented by notes of maple syrup, smoked chilli flakes, candied cherries, peat smoke, fresh mint leaves and hot chocolate on the palate and lingering in the finish.
