A 2011 Glentauchers single malt from indie bottler Carn Mor, matured in oloroso sherry butts for nine years before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Strictly Limited series. The palate offers notes of sweet dried fruits – figs, dates and mango – fruit cake, cinnamon, clove and crystalised ginger that linger in the finish.
