Old Malt Cask

A 1996 Deanston single malt from indie bottler Hunter Laing, matured in a single refill hogshead for quarter of a century, before being bottled in May 2021 as part of its Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of caramel, custard, orange oil and oaky smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of marzipan, cherry, vanilla, dry smoke and orange throughout the palate.
