50cl / 52% / The Heart Cut – Independent bottler The Heart Cut release single cask and small-batch spirits from innovative producers. This Finnish distillery uses 100% home-grown rye to produce its whisky, which was matured in a new American oak cask. There are aromas of orange marmalade, honeycomb, granola and peach tart on the nose.
