70cl / 44.8% / Elixir Distillers – Whisky from the now closed and well-loved Imperial distillery is becoming harder and harder to find, which makes this release all the more special. This marriage of three refill barrels has imparted juicy aromas of honeydew melon, lemon bon bons and meadow flowers on the nose, leading to ginger spice, milk chocolate, strawberries and mint throughout the palate. An elegant and fruity single malt that is worth savouring.
