70cl / 51.5% – A special edition from Chichibu, the 2021-release of the annual London Edition, unveiled each year at Whisky Show. This one may have taken a little longer than expected to arrive, but it’s been worth the wait – it is a vatting of seven casks, each matured for more than five years. They are predominantly first-fill bourbon casks, with four casks that previously held peated whisky in the mix.
