70cl / 48.4% / Douglas Laing – This 18-year-old Bunnahabhain, finished in Pedro Ximenez casks, contrasts between sweet, dried fruit and maritime smoke. It is lively on the nose with aromas of milk chocolate, caramel and allspice. On the palate there is tropical fruit, espresso and a rich, brackish peat.
