70cl / 46% / Ian Macleod – A 23-year old-Brora from 1981, bottled in May 2005 by Ian Macleod for their Chieftain’s range of whiskies. Distilled only a couple of years before the distillery closed down, this spent its life maturing in a sherry butt.
