70cl / 49.2% / East Asia Whisky Company – This outstanding Bowmore was matured in a refill bourbon hogshead, re-racked into a Pedro Ximenez seasoned Mizunara cask from Hokkaido and finished in a virgin Mizunara oak cask. Rich fruit is balanced by spice and smoke with notes of chocolate-covered-pineapples, hot coals, sandalwood and salted caramel on the palate.
