70cl / 58.6% / Hart Brothers – This Balmenach single malt from independent bottler Hart Brothers was aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in virgin oak casks. Bottled at cask strength after a decade in oak, the nose offers aromas of honey, caramel and chamomile, followed by sweet vanilla custard, pepper and candied peanuts throughout the palate.
