Description
75cl / 50% / Distillery Bottling – Copperworks distillery in Seattle has produced its single malt using Genie barley from a single farm in Oregon. It underwent a long fermentation and was matured in new American oak casks, imparting aromas of lemon zest, straw and vanilla on the nose, complemented by notes of rose water, raspberries and caramel on the palate.
