Description
50cl / 50% – From Japan’s White Oak distillery, this limited-edition 6-year-old Akashi single malt was initially matured for five years in Cognac casks, before being finished in a single first-fill white wine cask for at least 10 months. Lively aromas of white fruits, jasmine and heather fill the nose, complemented by notes of citrus, oak and fresh grass on the palate.
