75cl / 52% – A spicy rye whiskey from Wilderness Trail, made with a classic sweet mash and matured in a single barrel. Fruity aromas of ice cream, lemon curd, peppery spice and vanilla custard fill the nose. The palate offers notes of tobacco, dark chocolate, chilli flakes, orange peel and oak char that linger in the finish.
