29 Year Old Grande Champagne Cognac – 51.9% Alc/vol 70cl
Colour…Horse chestnut
Nose…Decadent, exotic fruit with sherry influences, freshness, Christmas cake, Valencia orange peel.
Taste…Very elegant, freshly dug earth on an allotment, more fruit, high cocoa chocolate, floral notes, tobacco, well balanced, a puff of white pepper, opulent, honey.
Finish…Long, plenty of the Valencia orange peel, fruit still the dominant one.
