Made at Weetwood Brewery & Distillery, The Cheshire is made with English malted barley and matured in a combination of American oak and European oak casks. This creates a balanced character, with layers of soft fruit and gentle spices. The nose brings aromas of crunchy apples, blossom honey, cinnamon spice and golden hay, complemented by notes of malted milk biscuits, dried apricots, baking spices, butterscotch and honey on throughout the palate.
