A 2004 Highland Park single malt from indie bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single first-fill sherry hogshead for 16 years, before being bottled in August 2020 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of fruit cake, orange peel and chocolate covered raisins fill the nose, complemented by notes of toffee, dark chocolate, furniture polish, hazelnuts and soft bonfire embers.
