This toasted oak-finished bourbon was added to the Basil Hayden core range in 2021. Created to offer a new side to bourbon, Toast is made with a newly designed mash bill where rye grain is replaced by brown rice. The result is a slightly sweeter expression that offers notes of toasted oak, dried fruits, vanilla and caramelised sugar throughout the palate.
