75cl / 54.5% – A single barrel rye whiskey from Wilderness Trail that was bottled at cask strength as part of its Family Reserve series. Fruity aromas of ice cream, lemon curd, peppery spice and vanilla custard fill the nose, complemented by notes of orange peel, charred oak, tobacco leaves and dark chocolate throughout the palate.
