75cl / 64.75% – The 2021-release of Buffalo Trace Distillery’s Thomas H. Handy Sazerac rye whiskey was made in 2015 and matured in virgin American white oak barrels for six years and bottled in 2021. Aromas of star anise and cinnamon fill the nose, complemented by notes of black pepper, spring flowers, creamy chocolate and spearmint throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
