70cl / 47.5% – A spicy, herbal rye whiskey from Rabbit Hole, made with a mashbill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley, creating aromas of green peppercorns, grassy rye spice, brown sugar and butterscotch that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of lively citrus, black tea, baking spicy, dewy garden herbs and spicy oak that linger in the finish.
