75cl / 43% / Signatory – One of the last ever whiskies to be produced at Port Ellen, which closed in 1983. Bottled by independent bottlers Signatory, this was aged for 14 years in a sherry butt. Port Ellen has a cult following and, as such, bottlings are in high demand.
