75cl / 55.7% – This limited edition release from New Riff layers stewed fruits, marmalade and ginger biscuits over a core of malted rye. The rye whiskey was aged for six years and finished in in a mix of oloroso and Pedro Ximenez casks, adding notes of leathery oak, berry compote and baking spice.
