70cl / 64.2% / North Star Spirits – Independently bottled by North Star Spirits, this Israeli whisky from Milk & Honey, has been matured in a refill hogshead for four years. There is a ripe and fruity bouquet with banana and papaya coming to the fore, followed by butter, fruit salad and freshly baked bread. The palate shows more fruit with some white pepper and cereal notes on the finish.
