50cl / 55.4% / Elixir Distillers – A smoky, spicy limited-edition Lagavulin single malt from the Elements of Islay series, Lg12 is a marriage of two ex-bourbon barrels, filled in 2007 and matured for more than 14 years. Aromas of maple-smoked bacon, oak spice, chewy caramel and fresh lilies fill the nose, complemented by notes of runny honey, beef jerky, cured meats, rich smoke, clove and peppery spice throughout the palate.
