50cl / 46% – A delicious 16-year-old single malt from Chapel Gate Whiskey Co., aged in three ex-bourbon casks. It is sweet and light on the nose, with aromas of coconut, honey and lemon, the palate is very similar, with light, sweet peaches building and a hint of rich vanilla.
