70cl / 44.9% / Distillery Bottling – This 1990 vintage Highland Park is made up of a small parcel of casks which were filled into first-fill sherry and refill hogsheads. The eventual marrying of these casks lead to a single malt with delicious, stewed fruit and soft floral notes.
