70cl / 43% – To create a single malt evocative of a trip to the ice cream parlour, legendary whisky maker Dr Bill Lumsden aged this one-off Glenmorangie in a combination of bourbon barrels and toasted new oak. As a result, this inviting Highland whisky is densely layered with notes of coconut, brioche, almonds and popcorn with hints of lemon, sweet anise and – of course – ice cream.
