70cl / 54.7% / Ferg and Harris – This 14-year-old Bunnahabhain was matured in a second-fill oloroso hogshead before finishing in a Sauternes barrique for three months. The result is a whisky with a balance of Islay peat smoke and maritime character, enriched by the fruitiness of the sherry and Sauternes casks.
