75cl / 45% – Boondocks master distiller, Dave Scheurich started with a buttery Bourbon and finished it in ex-Port barrels. The result is a well-balanced, fruity whiskey with a ruby hue and notes of cherries, butterscotch, raspberries and a touch of barrel char.
