70cl / 56.1% / The Whisky Exchange – A special 2009-vintage single malt whisky from Benrinnes specially selected by and bottled for us at The Whisky Exchange. It was matured in a single refill sherry butt for 12 years, before being bottled in 2022, giving it a rich and balanced festive character of spice, sweet fruit and toffee. The palate offers notes of sweet raisins, stewed berries, sticky toffee pudding and baked apples, with cinder toffee notes that linger into the finish.
