75cl / 51.1% / Distillery Bottling – A blend of 16 and 17-year-old straight bourbons from Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee, which were selected for their fruity and nutty flavours. On the palate there are notes of candied ginger, orange marmalade and bright cherries, with peach, almond pie and banana custard, underpinned by classic bourbon-like baking spices.
