3cl / 52.5% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of the first release of Kornmod from Thy, made with a combination of Langelandsbyg barley that has been revived from dormancy from the Nordic Gene Bank and the modern Evergreen barley. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks, it offers fresh acidity, notes of liquorice, raisins, apricots, vanilla, honey and oak spice.
