A 2010 Craigellachie single malt from indie bottler Carn Mor, matured in first-fill Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and bottled in 2021 as part of its Strictly Limited series. Aromas of milk chocolate, digestive biscuits, sweet fruit and nuts fill the nose, complemented by notes of baked apples, zesty orange, cherry, raisins, caramelised walnuts and stewed stone fruits throughout the palate.
