70cl / 43% / Signatory – An incredibly rare and very significant bottling of Port Ellen: not only is it the joint-youngest PE we’ve ever come across, and a fabulous example of how the distillery’s spirit could age in a decent bourbon cask; it was also part of a famous series of early bottlings from Signatory, who went on to become one of Scotland’s greatest independent bottlers. A donation for each bottle sold was made to the Scottish Wildlife Trust.
