Laphroaig Elements L3.0

The third release in Laphroaig’s Elements series is richly smoky from the outset, with layers of charcoal, spice, and maritime brine on the nose, joined by hints of citrus, butterscotch and cinnamon. It is inspired by an accidental kiln fire that led to a hotter, longer peat burn. Distilled using that unusually smoky malt and matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, it’s a bold and evocative take on Islay’s classic character.
