Description
50cl / 51% – A sweet and smoky Danish single malt from Thy, Stovt is matured in a combination of bourbon, oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, and is finished in casks that previously held Limfjordsporter from Thisted Bryghus. The result is notes of vanilla, dried fruits, caramel, liquorice root, sweet smoke and oak throughout the palate.
